Ordering Policies

Free Shipping on U.S. Orders over $25:

Domestic shipping is free of charge for any order over $25.00. Any order under $25.00 will be charged $3.50.

International shipments will be charged actual cost, including insurance (usually between $5 and $20). Any duty charges are paid by the customer.

Exceptions: beaded curtains ($8.00 per curtain for domestic orders) and other items of irregular dimensions.

Minimum Order:

There is a $10 minimum order not including shipping.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped United States Post Office first class mail. Most orders are shipped within a week (usually within 2 days) after we receive the order. For an additional $14.70 charge, next day Express delivery is available for most items. If rush delivery is not available on your order, we will email you and let you know.

Privacy Policy:

Information provided to S&A Beads will be kept confidential and will never be released to any outside source.

All orders are placed through a secure server to protect your private information.

You can place your order online or you can call our store at (301) 891-BEAD (2323) to place your order.

Retail Returns:

Exchanges and returns must be made within 2 weeks of the customer's receipt of an item. Notification of an impending return must be made by email or phone (301-891-2323). Customer pays return shipping. If it is our mistake - shipping is on us!

Please try to call our store Tuesday to Friday for the most propmt service, 11 am - 7 pm eastern time. Feel free to call at other times, but we may have to take your number and call you back if our store is busy.

Wholesale Returns:

Wholesale orders (quantity orders that receive a discount) that are returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of the customer's receipt of merchandise. Customer pays return shipping. If we made a mistake, the 15% restocking and shipping fees may be waived at our discretion.
