Lovely strand of yellow Venetian fancy trade beads. These beads were made by the Europeans to imitate old African-made Bodom beads. This is particularly well-preserved strand of these very hard to find beads. A couple of the beads are missing a bit of their decoration, but every bead on the strand is physically intact. The strand measures 34 inches long. A representative bead measures 20 mm long x 11 mm in diameter.
