Sixteen inch strands of natural Mexican Fire Opal. They are roughly tumbled and faceted various-sized nuggets, averaging about 20 mm in length and around 12 mm in diameter. Mexican Fire Opal is a relatively fragile stone -- as stones go, that is -- and some have large cracks and some chunks missing, even a bead broken. Colors are the beautiful range of orangey-reds that Mexican Fire Opals are famous for.
