This necklace is made up of rubies and Indian nuts.  There are 35 rubies with the average size of 3 mm long with a diameter of 4 mm.  There is a gold filled lobster clap clasp with a gold filled Om charm.  This necklace measures 18 inches long.  The Indian nut is commonly called the "reduction" payer nut.
