Lovely antique silver Turkoman pendant - probably from the Kuchi tribe of Afghanistan.  The silver work is just beautiful - with a wonderful patina and shine - and is likely old coin silver.  The small red stone in the middle is glass.  The pendant measure 32 mm wide x 44 mm tall.
