Exchanges and returns must be made within 2 weeks of the customer's receipt of an item. Notification of an impending return must be made by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (301-891-2323). Customer pays return shipping. If it is our mistake - shipping is on us!
For prompt service, please call our store during business hours (11 am to 7 pm Eastern Time) Tuesday through Friday. If our store is busy we will call you back. We do have voice mail, so please leave a message if you aren't able to call during business hours.
Returns on wholesale orders (quantity orders that receive a discount) are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of the customer's receipt of merchandise. Customer pays return shipping. If we made a mistake, the 15% restocking and shipping fees may be waived at our discretion.
