We have three of these beautiful strands of sea-foam green glass beads from Djenne, Mali and surrounding areas. It's always an amazing treat to handle beads that are 1,000 or more years old; and these are particularly lovely (and affordable) examples of these ancient beads. The bright vibrant color of these beads and their excellent condition really sets them apart from most (affordable) ancient beads.
These necklaces have approximately 26 inches of beads, plus approximately 4 inches of woven cord (for a total of about 30 inches). The beads are graduated and vary between 6 mm and 12 mm in diameter. Note that these "strands" are well-strung, and could easily be worn as a necklace as they are currently made.
