Wonderful strand of ancient stone beads from all over the Middle and Far East. These beads are a mix of different stones (and one stray -- very beat up -- amber bead). There's one large spindle whorl in the middle as well (which is missing a chunk). The beads are a mix of carnelian, agate, alabaster, and other stone beads. Also included is one seal bead that was never engraved or on which the design has worn off. We think most of these beads are hundreds to thousands of years old.
The necklace measures approximate 18 inches long. The center spindle whorl measures 25 mm in diameter x 9.5 mm in depth.
